A mobile workforce has added complexity in the delivery of support in end user computing environments. With the needs and expectations of the mobile workforce continue to grow rapidly, the IT department’s budget and resources are becoming burdened. Additionally, security, compliance and environmental issues associated with device management is becoming more complex and time-consuming to manage. Our Managed End-User Computing Services provide customised configuration, local application support, and management of the Customer’s local network and server environment.
We are in the early stages of building its IT support service which is focused currently on support for end-user computing; Notebooks, Laptops, Desktops and Workstations by fixing everyday glitches. Our current engagements are largely customer on-site based with short, medium and long-term contracts for providing a fully functional support desk for user support. Our support desk becomes the single point of contact for user IT-related issues. Our flexibility and modular approach caters for a single task or a mixture of roles where sensitive tasks are managed in-house.
