TGs Warranty Support Programme (WSP) is designed to provide physical storage, inventory management and delivery of technology products set aside to replace reported faulty product in the field, which is still under warranty. The WSP fills a business need for offshore based Customers largely, who market and sell their technology products globally but who do not have local infrastructure in certain regions, for the rapid delivery of replacement product to customers who experience product failure which could not be remedied through remote support.

Particularly useful for those Customers transitioning to new technology at the end of the IT lifecycle, TG ensures that sensitive data does not fall into the wrong hands by handling recovered equipment responsibly and that Customers receive maximum value for its retired assets.
